I have heard that many of you want some specific drills to help encourage alignment in the body and help prevent any dreaded hoop injuries... Your wish is my command! This is first installment features some basic drills for waist hooping. The funny thing is, while watching this I noticed that I tend to put my left hip further forward than my right.. I will be working on this in my own practice!
