How disruptive is the storm and will it in fact potentially bring whatever is at 1100 meters up to the surface?

Jim Cantore, Weather Channel Meteorologist:

That is a great question... you tend to kind of push away that top layer of water
and what gets lost, if you will, has to be replaced.

So whats going to be replaced is going to come from underneath and that's going to allow what potentially is beneath, to come up...

We don't know how deep some of that oil is...

It won't help...

If you take a situation like this and you start making a wash tub and you start peeling of the top layers of the onion.

Eventually going to get to the middle of the onion.

And that potentially means more oil coming to the surface in the next 24-48 hours.
