Entry from: Irkutsk, Russia
Entry Title: "Lac Baikal Orkhon Island"

"Just arrived in Irkutsk after these 3 days and half of train (more than 100 hours of train from Murmansk)
It's funny the wired feeling that you have when you are going out of the train and you put your foot on the ground: you have a dizzy feeling like you were still moving with the train

Irkutsk is a very nice town with small building compare to Peter and Moscow. It s town to human size and a good place to rest a little after the long trip of train, time also to try to organize my trip to Orkhon island.
At the beginning of the day I had no clue to know where was this island and how to get there, I finally manage to find some information and with the help of Galina the babushka whose holding the family place where I m sleeping and who just give you as more as you can eat pancake in the morning (I was obliged to tell her to stop to feed me!!! Incredible for the people who know me)
Anyway with her help I was ready to go the Island Orkhon Island in the middle of the lac Baikal

In the evening, I went to festichant the festival of french music in Irkutsk where some Russian are singing songs in french (garou and co.) and with the special guest Corbier !!!!(the french know him, it was surrealist)"
