First 25-rounds:

We had the opportunity to test out the Bellator Armaments BA89k in semi-auto and with a registered full-auto lower. The firearm performed flawlessly! Not surprising, the full-auto version was MUCH more fun to play with. :)

To allow the BA89 to function in short burst modes, we had to swap out the carrier for a full-auto one that was Tungsten filled. This was expected. The standard carrier would cause enough "bounce" to create a FTF.

If you are doing sustained mag dump, it is not necessary (as in this video). If you have a 3-burst lower, it doesn't seem necessary to have the Tungsten carrier, either.

We only used one ammo. Wolf 115gr FMJ. It was cheap and we had 500 rounds to blow off. Besides cheap, it was DIRTY! However, the gun chewed through over 300 rounds of ammo (in full auto) without one failure.

Good stuff!

The one sentence testimony of the shooter pretty much says it all. :)
