1 Rep Max 17th April Tuesday 2012. Felt more comfortable this week but I think my spotter who works at gym was comfortable as he went to grab the bar and I had to say" I got it, Igot it!" while doing the rep. So I think I will have to do another video next week. See what happens. But I would never try this weight on my own.
