If your hamstrings regularly cramp in shoulder bridge or you find you can't lift your leg in swimming, try some of these variations to feel your glutes working! Since I have been doing these my glutes are so much stronger and I end up with achy glutes after a weights workout and a happy face despite my John Wayne walk. :D
