Max Effort Upper Body Workout for 09/01/2011. Started off with 12" log strict presses. Lifts were 170x1,190x1,210x1,230x1,250x1 (PR+20lbs),265x1 (PR+35lbs),275(M),275x1 (PR+45lbs) and 248x3 (PR+58lbs). Then close grip bench presses with slingshot. Lifts were 265x5,295x5,325x5,355x5 and 385x2. Got to get used doing these again. Finally, bent over rows. Lifts were 200x12,230x12,260x12 and 290x11 (PR+5lbs). Log by Pitbull Strongman Equipment.
