Fish patties is made by mashing the boiled fish pieces along with little boiled and mashed potatoes, spices coated in crumbs and gently fried until golden brown and crispy.
Ingredients 1 cup bread crumbs 1 to taste chilli powder 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup coriander chopped 1 pinch coriander powder 1 number Egg 500 grams Fish boneless broiled 6-10 number garlic 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste 3 number green chillies chopped 1 to taste lime juice 3 tbsp Oil 1 to taste pepper powder 200 grams Potato boiled 1 to taste salt 1 pinch turmeric
Directions Take a bowl add fish and potato boiled mash it and then divided into two parts. In one part add pepper, chopped garlic, salt, green chillies, lime juice mix well and make into small balls in another bowl beat egg , in a plate take bread crumbs now dip the balls into egg mixture then roll in the bread crumbs and make it into whichever shape u like Now shallow fry For another part of fish mixture, take a pan add oil, chopped onion, salt, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric mix well, then add coriander powder, red chilli powder, chopped coriander mix well. Now mix this mixture with fish and potato mixture well and make into small balls dip into the egg mixture and roll into bread crumbs and give a shape and shallow fry till golden brown colour.
