Buddha Maitreya and his Church - The Church of Shambhala Vajradhara Maitreya Sangha, which has supported the monastery monthly since 2001. Prior to this there were only small offerings from Nepalese, Tibetans and foreigners, the tourists that came to Swyambhu.
