Method:
I use a non-stick 14 x 15 inch skillet and vary the heat between 325 and 425 degrees. I also use cake decorating bottles with a commercial pancake mix thinned with milk. I add cocoa powder to part of the mix for my mid-tones and darker outlines.

Sometimes I work big, so I use a cake lifter from the Pampered Chef to flip my larger pieces.

What my family and I don't eat, I deliver to co-workers and friends.
