Hey guys, today Mike and I will be asking you to join us in this weeks challenge......If there is anything as important for getting in shape as working out , nutrition is right there with it. Mike and I understand, this is one of the hardest things to master. Hey, were not perfect either we have our weakness just as you might as well when it comes to junk food.

Step 1- Identify what is your weakness. What is the one thing that always seams to win you over, when your trying to be good.

Step 2- "Get it out of your house". Yes that is correct i said,"Get it out of your house."

Mike and I are doing the exact same thing. We challenge you to join us for 1 week to restrain your self from eating your favorite junk food.

This is the first step to finally getting in shape, by attacking your weakest point. Once you conquer this we dare you to do it again in a few weeks, but for double the time. Then keep on pushing yourself to hopefully one day you won't even care about that junk food as much. Then getting in shape will be that much more easy for you.
