Hawaii artist Jasper Wong has organized a massive street art project in Kaka'ako. Part of this project is to provide young artists with a place to experiment, to nurture their art maturity, to get them to understand the difference between graffiti and tagging and to foster a true artistic voice and vision. They work beside and among international artists who inspire them to work within a larger artistic community. They are taught to maintain their individuality within that larger community context.
