helps improve one's emotional intelligence which is just as important as I.Q. and also when you do this exercise you do feel a calmness and a sense that you cana ccomplish anything you set out to do because it imprints thoughts of success and a can-do attitude in your mind, especially when you do the breathing exercise for long periods of time, for instance from 15 -20-30 mins. start off with like 5 mins, then 10 mins then increase each time to about 30 mins then an hour and see how it improves your life!
