Nvidia Driver Issue (320.18) CRAZY ARTIFACTS - Battlefield 3

Happens after about 25 minutes of playing. First, the gun turns purple or white, and then other peoples clothing, then some geometry, then some really crazy things start happening.

This was on Noshahr Canals, I was running around with the SPAS-12, trying to up my level a bit. I've fallen way behind. This graphical glitch makes it a bit hard
