Here is my Sherwood S-3000II FM tube mono tuner hooked to my freshly restored The Fisher 30-A mono-block tube amplifier.

The Fisher 30-A has a total of 4 tubes. 2 6BQ5's power tubes in a push/pull setup, a 12AX7 pre-amp tube and a 6CA4 rectifier tube.

The Sherwood S-3000II has 10 Tubes. 3 6AU6s, a 6BN8, a 6BS8, a 6EB8, a 6AB4, a 12AZ7A, a 6V4 Rectifier tube, and a 6BR5 tuning eye tube. The tuner is all original, and i even have the manual, in near perfect shape.

Lights in the room were off to show the tubes glowing. This setup sounds absolutely amazing, even with a cheap Modern Sony speaker. Plans are to hook this setup up to one of my antique Jensen JAP-60s once I figure out how to re-wire them.

Station is WNHU 88.7 FM. Audio is straight from the speaker in the video to my camera phone's micrhphone.
