everyone else is relying on lyrics they look up on the internet. I'm relying on lyrics from the CD booklet so...

Look I'm sorry if this sounds rude but I think some of the lyrics are messed up. I mean I can kinda understand that people are confused or have their opinions but you can't always be right I mean sometimes the internet's wrong.... Right????
I think i'm gonna disable the comments on this video seriously.

All i coud hear....wa the family war
Ok, you can think whatever you want to think, it's not gonna change the lyrics anyway.
I understand the back and work, that means they were arguing. There is a difference because wore could never be hear. Family War and Back and Forth are resembled to fighting. Im just saying the lyrics are mixed up
well, the original lyrics said "Four years old with my back to the door, all I could hear was the back and forth". I don't think you can hear the "back and forth" either. Plus, you do get that this is a song, right? Songwriters often use figures of speech, so sometimes they can be a bit confusing, but they do make sense in the end.
The lyrics said "Four Years Old With my back to the door and all I could HEAR was the family war" As if people are fighting. You cant hear fatigue and you cant hear weary
Well, most of the time, lyrics on lyric sites are posted by fans, and lyrics in the booklet are printed by hollywood records themselves. plus, (I've already said this once but idc lol) one of the MANY definitions that the word "wear" has is "To fatigue, weary, or exhaust". Maybe that's what Demi meant, Patrick wore Demi, her mom and her sister because of his addictions, they got tired of him, he wore them. As weird as it sounds, it does make sense.
uhm, every lyric site says Family war and it makes sense. Family you wore doesnt make any sense.
