How to grow organic sweet potatoes in a cold climate. The potato already fills the container it was transplanted into in May, when it was placed in the Greenhouse. Now we are growing it on into a second container and at the same time enjoying our first meal of sweet potato leaves, sautéed with garlic and onion, topped with our own organic poached eggs, cream, turmeric and paprika, our version of eggs Florentine.
