Kachu MX hails from Mexico where he is the Border Records label Manager and Hakan is based in Sweden where runs the Clubstream family of labels. Together they bring us their new original entitled 'Falling' which comes with remixes from: Aerodroemme and BlazV. The original begins with the introduction of a soulful, ethnic sounding vocal hook. From there a tough kick and some fresh techy elements really the set the tone as the track leads towards the drop. As the break develops the techy electronics and intricate stabs play well off each other and in turn have created a cool crossover groove that should satisfy both techno and progressive influenced dancefloors.

The first remix is supplied by the Toronto based duo Aerodroemme. Boris 'Shankar' Kuttzman and Steve Chan make up the Aerodroemme production team and they've got a very modern sound which pulls influences from progressive house, techno, trance and electro as well. Their 'Falling' remix really stands out with a nasally 303 that acts as a unique bassline and also a killer dancefloor hook. The shuffling rhythms and old school claps sound brilliant as the quirky sounds work their magic. The breakdown introduces a sharply ascending pad which builds to a climax before the aforementioned wicked bassline hook drops back in for what should be a huge reaction on the right dancefloor.

The final remix on the package is supplied by Slovenian techno producer Blaz Vrecko aka BlazV. His 'Falling' remix marks his first appearance on the label and he's delivered a superb techno interpretation that's aimed squarely at the dancefloor. Punishing beats, big builds and sheets of white sweeping noise keep the energy levels sky on this one. However it's the warped, hypnotic leads that are quite quirky in nature that really provide some excellent dancefloor punch.
