Ever wanted to learn more about the science of glass? Here at the Corning Museum of Glass, a group of area students are doing just that in the Junior Scientists program.
Students in Grades 7 through 9 are invited to join museum educators, local scientists, and glassworking experts to discover glass properties and processes and to conduct scientific experiments within the realm of glass.
Explore the role of a scientist through hands-on investigation. This after-school program meets one afternoon each week, March through mid-June. There is no cost to participate. Contact email@example.com or 607.438.5119 for more information and an application.
