Tesco Korea uses QR codes to create mind blowing smartphone superstore. Tesco Korea has adopted an innovative way to gain market share by creating a virtual shopping mall in one of the many Korean subways. Whilst waiting for a tube, travellers can boot up the QR code reader in their smartphones and peruse and select from the virtual groceries that are on display along the entire length of the platform. The goods are then collated as a shopping list, click and they are ordered for delivery.
