The Ken Cuccinelli for Governor campaign released this television ad outlining the differences between Ken Cuccinelli and Terry McAuliffe and their positions on ObamaCare.

While Ken Cuccinelli was the first attorney general in the nation to file suit against ObamaCare, Terry McAuliffe was a leading proponent of the law and even pushed for the public option.

March 23, 2010: ObamaCare is signed into law.

Minutes later, Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli files suit in federal court to stop it.

Terry McAuliffe supported ObamaCare.
