This is a beginners tutorial, and is for those who want an easy step by step guide to setting up RetroPie on their Raspberry Pi. It takes you through the required hardware and how to write your image to and SD card all the way to configuring Retropies advanced settings.

Micro SD Card - At least 4Gb class 4 Micro SD Card Reader USB Thumb Drive 2.5A Power Adapter for Raspberry Pi 3 2A USB Power Adapter for Raspberry Pi 2 Micro USB Cable USB Gamepad (I use the Microsoft 360 Controller for Windows) USB Keyboard for configuring the Raspberri Pi Windows Laptop or PC (Mac is also possible but I don't go over those steps in detail)
