In the first warm days after the snowstorm of 2011, the snow cover in mid-Missouri began to melt. Sidewalks turned into slush streams, creeks broke free from an icy grasp and gurgled back to life while gutters and drains began to trickle before finally gushing water onto our streets.

Take a look at what Missourian photographers saw in Columbia and Rock Bridge Memorial State Park. Make sure to turn up the volume so you can fully immerse yourself.
