I was able to setup my Flysky TH9x (turnigy 9x) transmitter to accept the Gyro X-1000 from Hobbyking. Three quick solder points and a few settings later, I was in business. I had to solder it to the back pcb board of the transmitter to force it to work. Whe you do things on a budget youre force to hack things; less money means more work. On the vertical set of solder points the second from the bottom is ground and the third fom the bottom is positive (power). On the bottom row of solder points the second from the left is the signal point, and this is where the green wire in my case went. (You may have to pause the video to see all of this). To "awaken" your Camera, use the settings below.

In the trainer menu you just change STATE TO OFF
All the channels to OFF and the GYR and FLP to NORM
In aux-CH ch the CH 5 to HOV PIT and CH 6 to HOV THRO
Set the pan channel to 5 Set the tilt channel to 6 ch 5 angle to 90 ch 6 angle to 90 ch 5 reverse NO (one blink) ch 6 reverse NO (one blink)
