I remember watching this on tv at the time and could not believe how brilliant they were live. At the time I thought they were just another pop band like Go West! I knew they were special after watching this and became at big fan, I saw them twice at Hammersmith Odeon, as it was back then, oh and I started playing guitar seriously after seeing Frank play. The guitar fitting in with the arrangement of all the songs brilliantly. Great band! Sorely missed, should have done the 9 albums I think they were signed with Virgin to do.... With Frank!!

Fantastic. A friend told us to listen to them as they sounded a bit like us. My love of It Bites started the night we watched this.

First group from Cumbria to have a top 40 hit single?
The fact that U2 filled stadia around the world makes me want to crawl into the corner of the room and weep. This band should have ruled the world.

It's OK, but parts of it are cheesy and amateurish sounding. They did improve vastly over the years if you have a listen to Positively Animal
