A Video Orientation for Survival in the Workplace.
Nurses have more on their minds than just helping patients. Every day, they are confronted with challenges such as communication issues, horizontal hostility, and high stress levels. At a time when retention is so critical, it's important that nurses are given the tools they need to remain—and flourish—in the work environment.

Teach your nurses to manage stress in a hectic clinical environment with HCPro's new video, Critical Thinking, Coping, and Communication in Nursing: A Video Orientation for Survival in the Workplace. In less than 20 minutes, your nurses will master stress management, critical thinking, and communication skills. This video also has a special section devoted to the unique training needs of new graduates.

Nursing is perhaps the only profession that is integrated with so much theory ,holistic approach and a very wide database of knowledge that needs to be continually upgraded to be proficient . There is however a clause in this profession to be successful keep you're eyes and ears open and your mouth shut .
