OTTAWA, September 18, 2014 – Today during Question Period, Prince Albert MP Randy Hoback rose in the House of Commons to ask the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture & Agri-Food what the Government is doing to ensure that rail companies like CN follow new federal rules under the Fair Rail For Grain Farmers Act, and move the grain backlog on the Prairies.
