Hello my name is Dana. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, dancer of eighteen years and have been living the Paleo lifestyle for nearly three years. I was inspired to attempt to do these exercises from a Facebook friend Christian who recommended a book called Convict Conditioning. As a massage therapist and a dancer I am used to using my own body weight to exercise. So this is right up my alley.
Here's to one day hopefully being able to do a one-arm push-up, a full one leg squat, a full one-arm pull-up, a hanging straight leg raise, a stand to stand bridge, and a one-arm handstand push-up.
