I understand that as it was a bit of a struggle for me to and I am by no means a pro yet... but I wouldn't then expect a beginner to be able to play all the other chords... I think there are so many chords that I haven't even tried to play myself so I suppose that Amy meant it's the only chord she can't play from the chords she has tried out so far... If I'm correct about that then my question would be: has she ever tried B or D#?...
