We bought a HarvestRight™ Home Freeze Dryer for our personal use in December 2016.

Somehow, I managed to blow up the freeze dryer the first time I used it, requiring me to contact Harvest Right for assistance. The customer service I experienced with Harvest Right was SUPERB. They quickly sent replacement parts and I was able to install them and have the unit back up and running in less than a week!
