Well, while I cannot predict your future for you, I can tell you what you're about to watch... You're about to watch ME make a GiGi-Approved Fish & Chips recipe. I was inspired to make a healthier version after being in the UK for about 14 days!
Here is what you need: 1 lbs Cod Fillet 1 C. Unsweetened Coconut Milk 1 C. Tapioca Flour (you could use other flours, however the consistency may change) 1 Egg 1/2 Tsp Salt & Pepper 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder 2 Tbs Kelapo Coconut Oil (for frying) 1 Small/Medium Parsnip (or root veggie of your choosing) 1 Small/Medium Rutabaga (or root veggie of your choosing) Kelapo Coconut Oil Spray Vinegar, optional Sugar-Free Ketchup, optional
