An overview of the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project (nesfp.org), a beginning farmer training program in Massachusetts. New Entry works to assist multi-cultural farmers with training, education, access to land and credit, market development and builds strong linkages between farmers and consumers.
One of its marketing initiatives is the World PEAS Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program (www.worldpeascsa.org) which connects consumers with a weekly box of fresh fruits and vegetables delivered direct from the farms to over 500 households in greater Boston.
