The monsoon fury continues to lash North India. Uttarakhand is the worst affected. Dams are brimming with dangerous levels of water. The Uttarakhand Chief Minister says he's most worried about the Tehri Dam which is at maximum capacity. Meanwhile, the rising waters of the Yamuna are at Delhi's doorsteps again.
