You can make an Eye of Round roast very easily. This takes just a couple of ingredients. An eye of round roast, salt, pepper, and olive oil. You don't need to marinade your roast ahead of time, simply let the oven do the cooking.

The approximate cook time for this roast at 350 degrees is 30 minutes per pound. So if your roast is 2 pounds you should start to check for the internal temperature at around 45 minutes, and then it should be done by 2 hours.
