Everyone knows that America is the land of the free, but freedom of speech could very well be in trouble. HR 347 could be Occupy's worst nightmare. The legislation easily passed the House and the Senate and now awaits President Obama's signature. Under the bill, it is a prosecutable offense to enter a building or grounds restricted due to a special event of national significance or enter a location where the president or other person protected by the Secret Service is in attendance. Raha Wala, advocacy counsel for Human Rights First, joins us to discuss the new bill.
