Women: this is the ultimate workout for you if you are trying to get rid of flabby arms and tone up the back and front of your arms. As I always say though you will still need to throw diet and exercise in the mix to truly get rid of your flabby arms.

First of all if your gym does not have an arm bike or a pro2 sci fit bike then go to http://nowloss.com/armbike = to get an arm bike for your house or better yet just ask your local gym to seriously look into getting one of these bikes.

For those of you who deparetly want to lose weight as fast as possible then you can easily get away with doing interval workouts almost daily by doing many of my other fat loss workouts (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list...) that require your lower body and then every other day you can do this upper body fat loss workout with the arm bike or do the sledgehammer (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list...) or battle rope workouts (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list...)

As for the basic layout of this bike workout done on the sci-ft...

You go all out for 20 seconds
Rest for 20 seconds (alternate between back & forwards each 20 seconds burst)
Repeat this 8 times (so 4 times forward & 4 times backward)
Rest for 1 minute

Repeat 4 times for a 23 minute workout. 5 will almost be a 30 minute workout but you can take an extra long 2 minute break after 4 sets to get an even 30 minute workout out of this.

You don't have to follow the alternate back and forward ruler. You can do the whole workout or most the workout going forward or backward but it is best to alternate since going forward works your shoulders, chest and the back of your arms and going backwards is going to work you're the front of your arms (your biceps) and back muscles.

You do not won't to overbuild one side of your body so it is best to alternate during the workout or you could do one whole workout forward and then the next workout backwards to keep a muscular balance between your front and back muscles

Women do not worry about this making your arms extra huge and bulky especially if you are on a weight loss diet with normal amount of protein but this will burn off flabby arm fat while making your arms more firmer and look more sexier and stronger.
