A Stikfas Toymation of "The Carol of the Old Ones" as performed by the Arkham Carolers.
Don't miss the extra at the end of the film. There, you've been clued.

My son and I first heard "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Fishmen" right here on YouTube. We were so impressed that we rushed right over to the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society web site and bought both "A Very Scary Solstice" and "An Even Scarier Solstice" with their songbooks.

They were both excellently crafted albums full of beautifully performed and recorded eldritch holiday entertainment. We both highly recommend them. You can buy them here: http://www.cthulhulives.org/store.
They are a must for Cthulhu Mythos and H.P. Lovecraft fans.

But it didn't stop there. We were so inspired by "The carol of the Old Ones" that we just HAD to make an animation. So we crafted our own Cthulhu, picked out a choir and started filming.

We did so in high hopes of getting the blessing of the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society, who own the copyright to the song. So please support them by buying one or both of the albums. You'll listen to nothing else all through the next holiday season, and if you retain your sanity, perhaps the whole year 'round.

Thanks for watching!
