This simple move can help when one is working with audiences as well as creating flow and fluidity.
Directions: hoop is in your left hand palm is facing forward and the thumb should be in front of the hoop. Pivot backwards with you left foot 180 degrees, releasing the hoop. It should roll over your thumb, at the end of the movement put your fingers into the hoop getting into the outside grip. This can and should be done with both hands.
