Segment 1: Portion Size

This is a short segment (portion size) but before I got into it, it was important to share my journey to the weight gain. I am sure it is something a lot of people experience and have not found a friendly or empathetic ear to share their struggle or experience.

Stay tuned for the rest of the segments, I will probably cover things that you may still have questions about. These segments are broken up due to the length.

Thank you very much for this :) I'm starting my weight loss journey and have been going through depression and it's good to know there is light at the end of the tunnel. Could you talk more about depression in other videos if you are comfortable? It's okay if you can't. It's just good motivation because I don't want to go back to that. Depression and binge eating really hurt me and I want to change!!

This was so helpful! I wanted to ask: When you time your 45-60 min workouts, does that also include the stretch and warmup? My workouts are about 50min long starting from the stretch, warmup, workout, cool down, to stretch. The actual workout part is about 30-35 min. 
I do understand where your coming from becauseI felt ike that everyday.
