Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa Recipe Ingredients:

2 lbs Roma tomatoes, washed, cored, and cut in half
7-8 cloves garlic, peeled
2 chipotle peppers, seeded and roughly chopped
1 shallot, chopped
2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (only go with 3/4 cup if you LOVE cilantro, otherwise, start with 1/2 cup)

Broil the tomatoes and garlic as shown, blend all ingredients in a food processor, enjoy with corn tortilla chips. This salsa is best when it has chilled for a few hours.
