This is a dub of the Urusei Yatsura anime that the BBC broadcast on BBC Choice (now called BBC 3) as part of a Japan-themed weekend. Matt Lucas plays Ataru and Anna Friel is the voice of Lum.

As far as I know, they did 4 episodes (or rather, half episodes) in total. They also had their own opening screen that says 'Lum the Invader Girl', but this upload was done by adding the audio to a different copy of the video.
