Learn how to properly fold a fitted sheet. This will help keep your linen closet a bit more slightly and orderly.
Let's face it though—sheet happens. Haha! Not everyone is so orderly that they lose sleep over a balled-up crinkled mess in their linen closet. But if you are the type of person who needs as much order as possible in your life living in this chaotic world, then, chances are, this video is for you.
When I discovered that folding a fitted sheet was even possible, I wept tears of joy...just kidding. But I became determined to master the technique.
It took me a few tries to get the hang of it but once you have it down you'll never forget it--just like riding a bike.
There are several videos and diagrams online now demonstrating how to fold these useful but frustrating pieces of cloth. I would recommend checking out a few just to get a couple perspectives on the matter.
This folding technique will work on all sizes of bed sheets: king, queen, full, twin, single, etc. Although, the elastic on some sheets is cinched up tighter so your final folded sheet will have a bigger bulge than you might like...but hey, it's better than the rolled up wad that you are used to.
I'm glad I learned this folding technique because now I don't dread the pain of folding fitted sheets anymore!
