T-Budding

This video post is all about grafting. We're reposting this because, frankly, it's awesome. It's such an interesting subject, that we couldn't resist reposting it, even though Jeremy drank a quart of Slivovitz the night before and looks about like the ghost of Christmas Past in a pair of shorts.In this installment of the Hawkes Wine Video Blog, we look at T-budding. T-budding is the remarkable process of converting grapevines from producing one variety of grape to another.
