Ted from http://camarush.com displays the excellent XShot, and it's many uses.

The Pocket XShot is a small, expandable monopod that can fit into your pocket when collapsed. Simply screw on any camera to the top with the integrated (standard 1/4"-20) tripod adapter.

From there, you can take pictures or video of yourself, over crowds and around corners. It's really convenient for taking shots on the level of pets, kids, and over fences too.

In the video, Ted displays how you can use the XShot with a Gorillapod to act as a stabilization device as well, and some other handy tips.

The XShot is available at http://camarush.com and is perfect to use with the GoPro, Contour, Drift, Flip, iPhone, or any other small pocket camera! *

*Tripod adapter may be needed for some of these devices, please check your device prior to purchase.
