Route 15 is a heritage streetcar line, operated by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), along Girard Avenue through North and West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.

Tram service was suspended (replaced with buses) in 1992, along with Route 23 and Route 56. On September 4, 2005, trolley service (only route 15) was restored. The SEPTA Route 23 bus line which was originally a trolley line that may be restored between 2014 and 2021. These models are from 1947 (although they have been modernized)
