"Dead Man" is by far one of my favourite films to date. Directed by Jim Jarmusch, it is a dark and charming tragedy, clever and gripping... and with the entire score written and performed by Neil Young I had this haunting melody in my head for weeks. I threw some words over top and might add more one day to make it a full song. If you havn't seen the film yet, trust me when I say it will add a special richness to your life, especially if you're exhausted of hollywood's productions. Even Iggy Pop and Crispin Glover make debuts!

"Breathe, breathe child breathe
Come lay your heavy head and weary bones upon me
Come lay your heavy head, off to bed, walls are red and in their six dimensions for you,
Drift to sea.

Breathe, please child breathe
Come lay your heavy head and and weary bones upon me
Come lay your heavy head, off to bed, now your dead in your own mind,
Follow me. "
