Now for athletes that need to jump for any reason, volleyball, basketball, or for any sport that has any reason for you to jump these are great exercises: Med Ball Jump and Wall Touch. So I'm going to start here with my med ball and I'm going to go up to a wall and all the wall does is it gives me somewhere to reach for. So I'm going to go into a squat, backs flat, chest up, touch the ball to the ground, jump and touch nice and high. So it's squat touch jump as high as I can, squat touch jump as high as I can. So I practice that jump and go as high as I can, all of a sudden I don't have that med ball and I'm going to be that much more explosive, that much faster, dominate the competition that much more.
