My fish, Reflection making bubbles. Siamese Fighting Fish blow bubbles on the top of the tank, which means he's making a bubblenest. Generally males make these as gifts - they have the long, flowing finnage that their female counterparts don't have. Bubblenests are used for spawning, and they're blown by the male by instinct. It's sort of an, 'I'll blow this just in case a lady strolls by...' deal. It doesn't mean he's happy, or that he's actively seeking a spawning partner, or anything like that. He'll usually blow a new one when you change his water.
