This rockumentary is brought to you by http://vivalahara.net: You would think 20 years of playing in & out of bands together would make friendships sour or a Brooklyn hipsters's ADD cringe. Eastern Anchors's core was formerly known as the indie rock band from New Brunswick NJ Aviso' Hara. Money never was a factor as they never had any & lived off of their notoriety alone. Pitchfork gave them a 5.2 once and that did not stop them. So maybe that's why the music has evolved here in their latest album Drunken Arts and Pure Science? We don't really know why they still do this but watch old friends Jim Testa from Jersey Beat, Antone DeSantis, Tony Black, Tom Beaujour (Revolver, Guitar Aficionado editor) ponder this along with the band in this Rockumentary. You might be missing out.
