Here is a video of Jetskifishing, showing the signs I look for when sighting work-up activity. Checking for Gannets in flight, circling above and then diving amongst the working dolphins and fish beneath.
First fish shows the bait being casted, deploying the bait and feeling for the strike at the Snapper.
